Description
Food supplement. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 tablet every day, preferably before or during the evening meal. Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose. The dosage can only be increased on the indication of your practitioner.
Storage advice
Store below 25 °C and in a dry place. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
Important
If you also use a calcium product from Elan, please do not take this calcium product at the same time as your Ferro Vital tablet. Take at least 2 hours between taking the calcium product and the Ferro Vital tablet. This allows your body to absorb the iron in the Ferro Vital tablet, as calcium can inhibit the absorption of iron by your body.
Ingredients
Minerals, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose (E460(i))), binding agent (vegetable oil), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate (E470b)), coating agent (HPMC (E464), glycerin (E422), HPC (E463)).
The product contains no added lactose, gluten, colourings, flavourings, or fragrances.
This product is halal certified and suitable for a vegan and vegetarian diet.
