Whey Protein Banana

Recommended dosage
Take 1-4 servings of Whey Protein (30 grams) per day in a shake as a supplement to your diet. Do not exceed this recommended dosage. In consultation with your dietitian, you can determine how many grams of Whey Protein you need per day to supplement your diet on a daily basis.
Taking advice
Take the Whey Protein preferably early in the morning, after physical exercise, or before going to sleep. You can take the Whey Protein in the following way:
- Dissolve 1 scoop (70 cc | 30 g) of Whey Protein in 200 ml of skimmed, semi-skimmed milk, or other types of milk (such as rice, soy, quinoa milk, etc.). Alternatively, you can make your Whey Protein shake with 200 ml of water.
- For optimal results, mix your Whey Protein shake in a shaker or blender.
- You can also add your Whey Protein to your yogurt product, possibly with some fruit.
Storage advice
Store below 25 °C and in a dry and dark place. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 18 years of age.
